I just don`t see the point, I for one have always respected you as you know...and I would never say a bad word about you , but I don`t think you realize what a hassle its going to be and it appears you are already a succesful person...

You raise some very good points, thank you. I do not need to do this. I have a reasonably successful real estate business that more then pays the bills. There is a lot to consider about this venture, and it is a lot of work no doubt.
My expectation of this is not that this is going to change my income in the next few years. I think down the road I could however have a business that I absolutley love, Help people and continue to do it my way, and make significant money doing that. I find often in business, things are not constant and what I set out to do might open other doors for me and my following.
I am trying to structure a fair plan that would be fair to people If they dont initially make money from me. Anyone is capable of a bad slide, including me of course. Tomorrow or saturday I will have the first page of my site up and you can read more specifically what I am thinking.
